Hi. I'm Robyn Boehm. I am a HeartMath® Certified Trainer, Coach and Mentor and a Reiki Level 3 Practitioner. I live in Kamloops, BC, Canada. For many years I struggled physically, mentally and emotionally. I suffered from the intense symptoms of an autoimmune disease for most of my life and I lived with negative and depleting thoughts and feelings. When I began practicing the simple and effective HeartMath® techniques that are designed to be used on-the-go, in everyday life, I started to realize that my wellness was in my own hands (and heart). Little by little, I learned the skills to live resiliently and connected to my heart and to master my thoughts and emotions during times of stress.
Once I started to heal and change, all I wanted to do was share this work with others. Working one-on-one with me in HeartMath® Coaching or Reiki sessions or both, creates an intimate and personal space where you can explore and heal what is in your heart with trust and unconditional acceptance and learn to connect with yourself in new ways. My greatest passion, however, is delivering HeartMath® programs to groups of like-minded people seeking lasting change. The connections we build in our intimate groups are deeply satisfying and truly supportive and trusting. The science shows that it is easier for people to get coherent, and stay there, when in a group.
